Terms of service.

Welcome to Chasing Dragonflies LLC. By making any purchase or booking a service through our website or in person, you agree to the following terms.

1. Refunds and Returns

1.1 Physical Products (Non-Plant Items)

  • Refunds are available only:

    • Upon return of the item and provided the product is in its original, undamaged condition.

    • Or in the case that the item was found to have been out of stock upon purchase.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged items once they leave our possession for delivery.

1.2 Plants

  • Refunds for plants are available only prior to shipping or if the product is found to have been out of stock upon purchase.

1.3 Services

  • For service bookings, only deposits are refundable.

  • Deposits are refundable IF you cancel at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, OR if we are found unable to fill your appointment time.

  • Discounted rates may be adjusted in cases of poor service, at our discretion.

2. Orders and Shipping

  • We strive to ensure all products are in perfect condition when shipped. However, once an item leaves our facility, we cannot be held responsible for damage or loss during shipping.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

3. Liability and Disputes

  • By making a purchase or booking a service, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily entering into this agreement with Chasing Dragonflies LLC.

  • Any disputes or disagreements will be handled directly between the customer and Chasing Dragonflies LLC.

  • We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

4. General Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services or purchases constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

  • This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
