Yogurt Green Drink - Meal 1 Option

A refreshing, nutrient-packed smoothie perfect for breakfast, a post-workout drink, or a quick meal. Packed with protein, fruit, and leafy greens for a balance of energy and vitamins.

Ingredients (Serves 1–2)

  • 1.5 cups Greek yogurt

  • 1.5 cups fresh or frozen fruit (berries, mango, pineapple, or banana)

  • 1.5 cups fresh spinach

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  • ½–1 cup water (adjust for desired consistency)

  • 1 cup ice

  • Optional if you do not like green in your drink:

    • 1.5 cups spinach salad

    • 2 packs seaweed snacks (sea salt only)

Instructions

  1. Blend the base: In a blender, combine Greek yogurt, fruit, spinach, lemon juice, water, and ice.

  2. Adjust consistency: Blend until smooth. Add more water if you prefer a thinner drink.

  3. Taste and adjust: Optional: add spinach salad or seaweed snacks if you want more nutrients and flavor depth. Blend again.

  4. Serve: Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Meal Prep Tip

  • Batch prep: Blend ingredients except ice and store in the fridge for 1 day. Add ice just before serving for a chilled drink.

  • Protein boost: Add a scoop of protein powder for an extra post-workout protein hit.

  • Custom flavors: Mix different fruits like mango + pineapple for tropical, or berries + banana for a sweeter version.
